Who can use SQUATTERS

You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts are for real people; impersonation is prohibited.

Not advice

SQUATTERS is a software platform and community. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and we are not a law firm or a broker. No outcome or return is guaranteed. Do your own diligence and consult licensed professionals.

Your content & conduct

You own what you post and grant us a license to display it. You agree to the Community Standards — no fraud, scams, wire-fraud solicitation, unregistered securities offers, harassment, or illegal content. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate them.

No money movement here (yet)

SQUATTERS does not currently custody funds or facilitate payments between members. Never send money or earnest funds based on a post or message. We will never ask you to wire funds.

Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
